Beginner Yoga

Perfect introduction to yoga fundamentals. Learn basic poses, proper alignment, and breathing techniques in a supportive, non-intimidating environment.

Best for: Complete beginners, those returning to yoga

Hatha Yoga

Traditional yoga focusing on static postures held for several breaths. Emphasis on alignment, flexibility, and mindful movement.

Best for: All levels, those wanting slower pace

Vinyasa Flow

Dynamic sequences linking breath with movement. Creative flows that build heat, strength, and create a moving meditation experience.

Best for: Those who like movement, some experience helpful

Power/Athletic Flow

Challenging, vigorous practice building strength, stamina, and flexibility. Faster-paced sequences with advanced poses and variations.

Best for: Intermediate to advanced practitioners

Restorative Yoga

Deeply relaxing practice using props to support the body in restful poses. Focuses on releasing tension and activating the relaxation response.

Best for: Stress relief, recovery, all levels

Meditation & Breathwork

Guided meditation sessions incorporating various techniques including breath awareness, body scanning, and mindfulness practices.

Best for: Mental wellness, stress reduction, all levels
